Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team at 4Shan Digital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of digital trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective social media strategies aligned with business goals.

Manage and oversee social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

Create, curate, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs).

Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry insights.

Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to achieve performance goals.

Collaborate with the creative and content team for brand-consistent messaging.

Track KPIs and prepare monthly reports on campaign performance.

Engage with the online community, respond to messages, and manage brand reputation.

Stay updated on new social media tools, best practices, and algorithm changes.

Train and guide the social media team for consistent growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience of 1 to 2 Years in social media marketing and management.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and paid ads.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, and scheduling tools (Buffer/Hootsuite).

Leadership and team management skills.
