Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Delhi for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy; creating content; managing social media accounts; and collaborating with marketing and other departments to align strategies. Additionally, the Social Media Manager will analyze social media metrics, manage online communities, and stay updated on the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies
  • Content creation, creative writing, and graphic design skills
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools for publishing and analytics
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
