Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at The Cocktail Story in South Delhi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. They will work closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's goals and values.

Qualifications
  • Recruitment, Training, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with different departments
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills
  • Experience in the hospitality or marketing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
