Hours per fortnight 73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.  Duties Manage and/or contribute to the development, delivery, implementation and review of designated polices and projects. Prepare a range of documentation including project plans, correspondence, reports, and communications material. Research and analyse policy issues and contribute to the development of draft advice, support, and submissions to relevant authorities, ensuring alignment with the Tasmanian NPM’s published expectations and driving strategic initiatives to enhance organisational compliance and performance. Liaise, coordinate, and collaborate with team members across the broader Office as well as with external stakeholders. If required, attend examination activities and employ relevant investigation methodologies in places where children and young people are deprived of their liberty.   Undertake other duties, not specifically mentioned in this document, that are within the capacity, qualifications and experience normally expected from persons occupying positions at this classification level.   Essential Requirements Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment).
