Demonstrates knowledge andproficiency of all applicable food and beverage laws andregulations. Develops and implements business plan for food andbeverage. Responsibilities: Developing and Maintaining Budgets:oDevelops and manages all financial employee engagement and guestsatisfaction plans and actions for Food and Beveragedepartmentso Maintains a positive costmanagement index for kitchen and restaurantoperationso Utilizes budgets to understandfinancial objectives Leading Food andBeverage Team:o Manages the Food andBeverage departmentso Supervises and managesemployees. Manages all daytoday operations.
