Job role- Director of Marketing Experience: 8 years ● Location: Bengaluru What We're Looking For Pibit.ai is hiring the Director of Marketing to build and execute marketing initiatives, to driveevents, brand awareness, lead generation, and customer marketing. This role is perfectfor a hands-on, strategic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and canbalance content marketing, product marketing, event planning, and demandgeneration.If you love crafting compelling narratives, launching high-impact campaigns, andworking closely with sales to drive business growth, we want to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing Content & Product Marketing● Develop and execute content strategies—including thought leadership pieces,case studies, blogs, one-pagers, and product messaging.● Work with sales and product teams to refine positioning and sales enablementmaterials.● Own the creation of marketing collateral that supports outbound campaigns andcustomer engagement.Events & Community Marketing● Lead Pibit.ai's presence at major US insurance industry conferences, handlingeverything from logistics to engagement strategy.● Plan and execute micro-events (private dinners, networking meetups) to fosterrelationships with underwriters, carriers, and brokers.● Build and nurture an engaged community through targeted outreach and valuablecontent.● Amplify events and community initiatives through media while securing industryrecognition via PR and analyst reports like Gartner. Demand Generation & Sales Support ● Execute targeted demand generation campaigns to drive high-quality leads.● Align marketing with sales to ensure a steady pipeline of prospects.● Support ABM (Account-Based Marketing) initiatives with strategic content andoutreach.Full Funnel Reporting & Nurturing● Monitor and report on marketing funnel performance, building dashboards thatprovide actionable insights.● Leverage data to identify trends, segments, and optimization opportunities across theGTM team.● Craft targeted email campaigns to engage different CRM segments and convertwarm leads into demo-ready opportunities. What You Need ● 5+ years of US experience in content marketing, product marketing, leadgeneration, and campaign optimization (preferably within B2B SaaS).● Startup experience: comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.● Experience in organizing and executing industry events, including conferences,executive dinners, and networking meetups.● Strong skills in:○ Marketing automation tools (HubSpot or similar).○ Google Analytics & Tag Manager for performance tracking.○ Copywriting, UX, and design—the ability to craft compelling messaging andoptimize the user experience.
