Bangalore In Office.Department: Product Management.Reports to: Senior Product Manager.About is a Y Combinator-backed, insurtech startup co-founded by IIT Roorkee alumni focused on transforming the underwriting landscape with Generative AI.Our SaaS solutions help insurance companies in the US make smarter, faster decisions by optimizing underwriting processes, reducing risk, and improving premiums.As we expand, we are looking for a Product Manager Platform (PM) to help shape and scale our core platform capabilities.Role a Product Manager - Platform at Pibit.ai, you will play a critical role in building the foundational systems that power our AI-driven underwriting solutions.You will collaborate with engineering, design, machine learning, and business stakeholders to enhance platform features, improve data processing capabilities, and ensure scalability for our growing client base.This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly analytical, and excited to work at the intersection of AI technology and insurance innovation.Key Defining and delivering the product roadmap for platform capabilities including governance, workflow management, platform features, and API integrations.- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.- Take full ownership of the design, development, and launch of new tools or product features from conception to execution.- Collaborate with engineering to prioritize platform scalability, reliability, and performance improvements.- Write product requirements for Platform, assist with sprint planning, and validate releases to ensure real-world value.- Conduct market and competitive research to build product strategy.- Partner with client-facing teams to gather feedback and ensure platform features address customer pain points.- Track product KPIs and work with analytics teams to measure adoption, engagement, and performance.- Contribute to documentation, release notes, and training material for internal and external 4+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles in B2B SaaS platforms.- Strong understanding of software development concepts, APIs, and cloud environments.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.- Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions.- Passion for AI/ML technologies and interest in the insurance/fintech space.- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.What We Offer:- Opportunity to work at the forefront of AI innovation in a Y Combinator backed startup.- A chance to learn from the best minds in AI, insurance, and product development, surrounded by industry pioneers and thought leaders.- A dynamic, inclusive environment that encourages collaboration, rapid learning, and meaningful career advancement within a high-growth AI startup.- Exposure to real-world AI applications and enterprise-grade product development.- Competitive compensation package and benefits.
