Summary: We are seeking an experienced Internal Communication Specialist to join our HR team. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective communication of HR initiatives, policies, and events across the organization. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing various communication channels, from traditional posters to digital platforms, and possess strong skills in presentation and data analysis.


Responsibilities:

HR Communication Management:

  • Develop and manage communication strategies to convey HR policies, updates, and initiatives effectively.
  • Create and distribute internal communication materials such as emails, newsletters, posters, and digital screens.

Promotion of HR Initiatives:

  • Highlight and promote the achievements and initiatives of the HR department across various channels.
  • Craft compelling narratives and content to showcase the positive impact of HR activities on the organization.

Event Coordination:

  • Organize and host HR-related events such as workshops, seminars, and town halls.
  • Coordinate logistics, manage invites, and ensure smooth execution of events.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize Excel and other tools to analyze communication effectiveness and employee engagement metrics.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to illustrate communication impact and areas for improvement


Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, for creating presentations and analyzing data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and develop engaging communication content. • Experience in HR communication or a related field is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-5 years) in internal communication roles, preferably within HR.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage communication projects from concept to execution.
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms is a plus.
