Responsibilities
: To achieve the given revenue and sales targets of the location assigned Complete Ownership of Sales, Operations and Customer/Student Experience for the given location Responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with your Reporting Manager. Achieve & exceed the agreed targets Devise Sales Strategy and execute it Convert leads into sales from the given database Responsible for a Geographic territory
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities
Having a knack for sales. Good interpersonal and presentation skills. To drive student admission numbers through various Channel Excellent leadership, delegation, and communication skills, with a drive to meet business goals and a Strong understanding of customer service . The candidate should have fluent oral and written English Should have experience in Sales and Marketing profile, with some experience in Edtech/Elearning, would be a distinct advantage Innovative mindset; able to come up with creative solutions and implement new ideas A high degree of integrity and honesty in all dealings Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines Technically competent with various software programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Work Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Even Freshers with a zeal to prove can apply Minimum Graduate qualifications
