Practo effortlessly streamlines the patient's healthcare journey right from primary healthcare, viz. finding and booking an appointment with verified doctors, consulting doctors online with ETA as low as 60 seconds, getting medicines delivered and lab tests conducted at home, providing health plans to corporates, to secondary healthcare procedures.

Practo also makes software products that help healthcare providers - ranging from small clinics to large hospitals - digitize and deliver more efficient and higher quality healthcare to millions of patients around the world. Practo is also one of the few healthcare companies to employ 256-bit encryption, HIPAA-compliant data centers, and hold ISO 27001 certification—ensuring data security at all times.

Currently, Practo has helped over 30Cr+ patients with the help of 1.2L+ verified doctor-partners in 22+ countries.

Responsibilities:● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and high-performance UI solutions using React and Node.js.● Lead the design and implementation of UI components and features, ensuring adherence to best practices and design patterns.● Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the UI development team.● Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.● Optimize UI performance and responsiveness, identifying and addressing bottlenecks and performance issues.● Stay current with emerging UI trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into our development processes

Role Specifications :● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.● Experience - 3 to 4 years● 3+ years of professional experience in UI development, with a focus on building complex web applications using React and Node.js.● Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.● Experience with modern UI frameworks and libraries such as Redux, React Router, Material-UI, etc.● Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating frontend applications with backend services.● Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.● Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug complex UI issues.● Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.● Experience mentoring and coaching junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development
