Responsibilities:


  • Champion the consumer's voice within the organization and drive the consumer insights strategy.
  • Set research objectives to address marketing and business challenges.
  • Assist key stakeholders in formulating effective research briefs by dissecting their business issues.
  • Establish key metrics and performance indicators. Conduct thorough and precise analysis to address identified challenges.
  • Contribute to strategic development and offer insights on growth drivers for marketing, UI/UX, business units, and the organization as a whole.
  • Monitor critical business metrics, analyze them, and provide actionable insights to enhance business outcomes.
  • Manage end-to-end research projects and collaborate on special initiatives to solve crucial business issues.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and changes to leverage emerging opportunities in the healthcare sector.

Desired Skill-sets:


  • Essential problem-solving skills are vital for this role, as you will tackle a wide range of complex issues that require analysis under business and product time constraints, to derive actionable insights.
- 'Getting things done' mindset is crucial for an individual contributor role.

  • Be precise and concise in your approach - in the figures you provide, the documents you create, and the analysis you deliver.
  • Be an exceptional facilitator - ensure that individuals within the company have a clear business understanding and steer conversations with consumers effectively.
  • 8-10 years' experience in market research within agencies or client-side (preferred).
  • Experience in E-commerce would be advantageous.
