Put your passion, drive and expertise to work with the world's cloud security leader. We're looking for a Financial Representative - Fixed Assets to join our accounting team. Reporting to the Manager - US GAAP, you will be responsible for: Liaising with internals teams to resolve operational issues related to assets, assisting in documentation preparation for internal/external audits and SOX compliances Analyzing and processing asset additions, verifying POs and invoices for accuracy, authorization, and compliance before recording entries in the FAR Managing the end-to-end process of asset transfers between locations, including documentation, transaction posting, and reconciliation across entities Managing disposals/retirements obtain approvals, calculate gain/loss on disposal, prepare disposal journal entries and supporting documentation Executing periodic physical verification, reconciling physical counts to FAR and resolve exceptions, supporting the reconciliation of general ledger accounts with FAR, resolving discrepancies What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) Master's degree in accounting or finance coupled with at least 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience Experience with NetSuite or another similar ERP system and advanced excel What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Prior exposure to multi-location / multi-entity asset accounting and intercompany transfer Strong communication and analytical skills Strong ability to give attention to detail and to perform multiple tasks at the same time
