Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Human Resources (HR) professional to join our team at Hex Business Innovations. As an HR specialist, you will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. This is a full-time position based in Faridabad, Haryana, India, and is suitable for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyFamiliarity with HR software and toolsKnowledge of labor laws and regulationsExperience in cold calling and team leadership will be an added advantagePrevious experience in recruitment is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidatesConduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new hiresAssist in developing and implementing HR policies and proceduresManage employee performance management processSupport employee engagement initiatives and activitiesAddress employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policiesAssist in organizing training and development programsMaintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirementsSupport HR administration tasks, such as payroll and leave management
