Responsibilities:Identify, coordinate, and lead campus recruitment events, globallyEvolve the campus ambassadors programMaintain relationships with existing universities/colleges and form relationships with new institutionsAssist in full-cycle recruiting for blue-collar and entry-level positions.Accurately process hires into Manatal and manages background checksAssist with student orientationPerform a variety of administrative functions including surveys, invoicing, and reportingHelp lead Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion strategic initiatives in the world on Early TalentQualifications:Enrolled in Human Resources or related business programs.Highly organized, diligent, and good initiativeAbility to maintain trustful relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and educational partnersReady to be an active participant on key Universities/Colleges campusesCreative with a strong desire for process improvementDemonstrate a passion for people and their careersSelf-directed individual who can work in a team atmospherePassion for working in a fast-paced, innovative environment where change is frequent and desiredAttention to detail and proficiency with various Microsoft productivity tools including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
