They are seeking candidates with expertise in dynamic pricing and scheduling, particularly those experienced in pricing models driven by real-time demand fluctuations.Key Responsibilities: Design dynamic pricing models based on demand, customer behavior, and market conditions. Implement pricing strategies across teams, including A/B testing and performance tracking. Use data analytics tools to drive pricing decisions and optimize systems. Benchmark against industry leaders in ride-hailing and travel-tech. Optimize service schedules based on demand and profitability (EPK). Integrate demand forecasting with fleet deployment strategies. Monitor and adjust performance metrics like occupancy and route profitability. Lead and mentor a 24X7 pricing and scheduling team. Qualifications required: 10–12 years in pricing strategy, product analytics, and revenue optimization. Expertise in designing service schedules using demand forecasting and EPK. Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and Tableau. Strong tech background and experience in B2C industries like ride-hailing or travel-tech. Proven ability to balance business goals with technical feasibility. Experience in high-growth, data-driven environments. B.Tech – CS or Bachelor’s in Maths/ Statistics/ Economics/ Data Science (mandatory). Advanced certification/ Master’s in Business Analytics, Data Science, Applied Maths preferred.
