- Managing HR process for employee lifecycle- Managing alumni relationship- Leading end-to-end people responsibility- Design and lead the people development charter. Which focuses on the professional development of team members, managing training and personality development of team members- Lead people barometer measurement exercise and focus on people's happiness- Work on headcount planning and lead campus relationships
For successful execution of this role, the person needs to possess the following:
- Post-graduation degree in humanities- Prior experience working in consulting domain or AI- Good communication skills- Good people skills- Take ownership of tasks and bring them to completion
