Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Channel Sales / Direct Sales Manager (Female) with 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales to join our team in Gurgaon. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through effective channel partner management, building and nurturing relationships with real estate brokers, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market in Gurgaon and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, real estate brokers, and agents to achieve sales targets.
  • Promote and sell company’s real estate projects to prospective buyers through channel partner networks.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with channel partners to generate leads and close deals.
  • Assist in organizing site visits for channel partners and prospective clients, ensuring a smooth experience and providing all necessary project information.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies for enhancing channel partner engagement and driving sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to offer insights and optimize sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, track performance metrics, and analyze results to improve channel partner performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing.
  • 1-2 years of experience in channel sales in the real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market and local property trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
