CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP SPECIALIST
Our Customer Relationship Special is responsible for processing all the orders and forecasts coming from our Customers managing the whole flow of sales, from the order to the delivery of goods, ensuring that all customer expectations are met, maximizing the customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales order implementation and the delivery of documents through the Corporate ERP (SAP) system, constantly and in accordance with timing agreed with Customers (Constant availability of information for the implementation of schedules and delivery).- Agree with the Customers the delivery and production plans and clears up and "pushes" in case of problems.- Communicate timely information to all stakeholders about forecast from customer or changes in forecast, ensuring that no gap remains in transferring required information from customers to respective departments.- Ensure that all costs are aligned with customers / internal stakeholders with complete clarity of liability. Timely remnant management (Additional expense / cost management).- Collect information for the requirements plan and ensure the data received is complete; updates in SAP price list, fixed orders and rolling forecasts (SAP data base update).- Coordinate internally and with the client matters related to the creation and modification of bill of materials and changes of product spec (packaging, artworks, etc.) - Data update and coordination.- Ensure that all packaging changes are managed properly to avoid missing remnant charge backs to customers. Ensure the implementation of all changes (promo implementations, artwork changes).- Constantly inform the Manager on any specific points or issues & circulating MIS on daily/weekly/monthly basis for management decision.- Organize the logistics (transportation, quote check, communication with customer, logistics, etc.); ensure the timely invoicing and transportation (Expedition schedule).- Prepare weekly reports on urgencies to be managed immediately and monthly analysis on stock level, obsolete materials, slow movements, etc (Reports available).- Manage customer requests in terms of providing delivery schedule and handle customer queries; respect confidentiality rules and ethics (Customer satisfaction).- Ensure that the delivery and payments conditions are as agreed, monitor the collections of credits (Payment collection).- Support Business Development activities.- Data mining, Market Research, Email Marketing, Social reach out via LinkedIn.- Follow up with prospective clients & arrange for business meetings.- Sending samples to customer, tracking and communicating to customer.- Help with all support activities for various events, conferences and exhibitions.
Requirements:
- Excellent English & Hindi as prerequisite- Minimum Graduate, BE/B Tech preferred- Additional Qualification - MBA/MMS/PGDBM (preferred)- 4-6 years of experience in in handling order to cash management, preferably in a manufacturing environment- Very good computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook), SAP as preferred- Customer orientation with attention to details- Good organizational skills- Good communication and interpersonal skill
