Job Title: Client Engagement Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Engagement Specialist to join our team. The Client Engagement Specialist will play a key role in generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing sales deals through effective communication and relationship-building.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and qualify sales opportunities.
- Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries received through various channels, such as phone, email, and website.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs, educate them about our products/services, and present solutions that meet their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, update customer information, and generate reports on sales performance.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas by consistently meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and continuous learning opportunities to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and overall performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns, promotions, and lead generation activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Client Engagement Specialist or Inside Sales .
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mind-set with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and lead generation strategies.
- Master or Bachelor's degree in Lifescience/Biotechnology/Microbiology/Biochemistry or any other related field (preferred but not mandatory).
