** MUMBAI APPLICANTS ONLY.... 4- 8 years experience ...(preferably in the fashion, marketing or event management)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Managing the New Faces Models at Anima

overlooking the development of model portfolios, grooming, creating opportunities for new faces

to develop their image by arranging test shoots with photographers, maintaining and developing new

relationships with Magazines, photographers, stylists, makeup artists. Creating mood boards for test shoots.


Maintaining schedules and doing regular polaroids and videos of models, to keep update info on all talent.

creating comp cards and pola sheets for models.


meeting new potential faces, conducting interviews to see if they will be a good fit for the agency.

meeting new upcoming photographers etc.


You are perfect for this job if :


You have great communication and interpersonal skills.

Being Happy and Social comes naturally to you.

You are good with tech, from laptops and phones to cameras.

You are a Social Media pro and hands on with apps and softwares like instagram, gmail, microsoft office and whatsapp, etc.

You like being online and your phone can never leave your sight.

Zen is your middle name. Patience is an important virtue for this job.

You understand media, design, aesthetics, fashion and enjoy being a part of the fashion and marketing industry in India. Educational background in fashion is preferred.

Sales or bookings or client servicing is something you have prior experience in.

You are resourceful and love problem solving.

You are an Empath, or you are able to perceive the mental or emotional state of another individual relatively better than most.

You are fluent in English and can do basic maths.
