Job mission

We are seeking a talented and experienced FP&A personnel to join our Business Finance team. As an FP&A personal, you will play a crucial role in analysing financial data, creating business models, and providing valuable insights to drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in business modelling and a passion for number crunching. Candidates from the fintech industry or financial sector are preferred.

Primary responsibilities:

·         Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including revenue forecasting, expense tracking, and profitability assessment. Analyze financial data and present key findings to stakeholders.

·         Revenue Acceleration: Will liaise with different departments and help the business to boost the new revenue inflow

·         Business Modelling: Develop and maintain business models to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Utilize financial models to evaluate various scenarios and provide recommendations to optimize business performance.

 ·       Data Interpretation: Gather and interpret financial data, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful insights.

·       Forecasting and Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and annual budgets. Monitor budget performance, identify deviations, and provide recommendations to ensure financial goals are achieved.

·       Decision Support: Provide analytical support to senior management in Conducting cost-benefit analysis to support decision-making processes.

·       Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends. Communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders effectively.

·       Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting. Drive initiatives to streamline FP&A processes.

 

Qualifications

Essential skills:

·       CA/CFA/MBA

·       Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, or in a similar role.

·       Strong expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis.

·       Proficient in using financial tools and software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, financial planning software).

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

·       Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

·       Knowledge of the fintech industry or financial sector is highly desirable.

·       Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

·       Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.

·       Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive mindset.
