Role Description
ainave is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Content Manager to join our team as a Founding Member. This pivotal role involves posting AI-related tech content, driving community engagement, and overseeing all content needs within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and leading a content team and mentoring junior fellows as we expand.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management:
• Develop and publish high-quality AI-related tech content to engage our community and attract new members.
• Ensure all content is accurate, insightful, and aligned with ainave’s mission and values.
• Stay updated on the latest AI trends, tools, and news to create relevant and timely content.
Community Engagement:
• Foster an interactive and supportive community environment.
• Respond to community feedback, questions, and discussions to encourage participation.
• Organize and manage virtual events, webinars, and discussions within the community.
Team Leadership:
• Build and lead a content team to scale our content production efforts.
• Mentor and guide junior content creators to maintain high content standards.
• Set clear goals and provide regular feedback to team members.
Content Strategy:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to grow ainave’s community and reach.
• Analyze content performance and community engagement metrics to refine strategies and improve results.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure content aligns with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in technical content creation, particularly in AI and technology.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in community management and engagement.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in building and managing a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote work environment.
• Passion for AI and a deep understanding of the tech landscape.
