We are looking for a responsible and skilled Site Engineer at our Port Blair location to oversee ship repair activities and ensure smooth operations at the site. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating repair schedules, managing procurement, handling billing and invoicing, and supervising on-site workers to ensure timely and efficient execution of tasks.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Marine, Civil, or relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in ship repair, marine operations, or construction site management.
- Strong understanding of procurement, billing, and invoicing processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to handle site workers and maintain discipline.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
- Willingness to work in remote locations and adapt to site requirements.
Work Environment
- On-site presence required at Port Blair ship repair facility.
- Regular coordination with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Exposure to operational challenges requiring problem-solving and adaptability.
