Senior Business Development Executive ===================================== Summary ----------- We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Executive to lead and grow our business across the west region of India (Mumbai) and Tamil Nadu (Chennai). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales, access control, or security solutions, with a strong network within the consultant and system integrator ecosystem. This role requires a self-driven, result-oriented professional with excellent communication and relationship-building skills to identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong relationships, and drive sales enablement initiatives. Responsibilities ------------------- Manage and grow business across the west region of India (Mumbai) and Tamil Nadu (Chennai) Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts Build and nurture strong relationships with consultants, system integrators, and end clients Drive partner development and sales enablement initiatives Support new product launches and strategic projects across India Requirements Requirements: -------------- 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, access control, or security solutions Proven experience in the access control, ELV, or security solutions industry Strong network within the consultant and system integrator ecosystem Ability to position and sell unique, premium, and value-driven solutions Self-driven, result-oriented professional with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
