Key Responsibilities: 1) Design Experience a. Preparing the Design Brief for the Celebrity Designer every Year Twice b. Coordination with Marketing Team for Celebrity Design Deployment c. Preparing and Deploying the Mood-boards and other design themes on the design floor regularly every quarter d. Connecting with the DMs, DOHs, and Designers to review the GTN and CDPs every week and prepare the report with the help of MIS and submit to the Design Head e. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Sourcing, QC, and Tech to ensure a seamless integration of design and functionality.-

Innovation & Trends: Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies, incorporating innovative ideas into product and interior designs.-

Quality Control: Ensure high standards of quality in both the design and execution phases of all projects, overseeing site inspections and ensuring that final outputs meet the brand's aesthetic and functional expectations.-

Vendor & Material Sourcing: Work closely with the sourcing team to select and approve materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the project’s creative vision and budget.-

Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand’s identity and maintain the luxury and premium feel across all products and spaces. Qualifications & Skills:-

Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in interior design, with at least 3-5 years in a senior or lead role.-

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.-

Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential projects, with an emphasis on creativity and technical excellence and backend product development experience.-

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, ensuring collaboration and innovation throughout the design process.-

Technical Skills: Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.-

Product Design: Experience in product design, material selection, and sourcing with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.-

Client-Facing: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate client needs into creative and functional design solutions.-

Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex design challenges and find creative solutions.-
