Experience

8-10 years of experience in demand planning or related role in consumer goods, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries.

  • Proven experience as a Demand Planner using an advanced digital Planning tool, desirably Kinaxis Maestro
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain software (Kinaxis Maestro highly Mandatory) and ERP systems (SAP ECC, S4 Hana, JDE)
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to work effectively with Commercial and Sales teams based in other countries
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred).

Willingness to work in the morning shift (7 am to 4 pm IST)

Role to be based out of the Pune office 3 days a week
