This role will be responsible for taking care of all Driveshaft Assembly lines planning as well Paint shop material planning and sequencing for Assembly cells. Integrating all Commodity planners towards net Customer Demand with priority dispatch plan to customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

Assembly Line Planning
- Ensure Production is scheduled correctly to achieve on time shipments (right time, right part, right quantity), optimised FG Inventory & Manufacturing Cost
- Conduct production planning and Scheduling activity and ensure efficient planning and optimised ressource utilisation (equipment, ressources, etc.)
- Ensure ERP is updated with the agreed plans an parameters are up to date for assemblies and FG. Manager FG inventory.
- Ensuring 100% parts availability on Assembly cells by continuous engagement with SCM planners.

Paintshop Planning
- Daily Paint shop planning and ensuring availability of painted parts as per Assembly line sequence.

Customer Interface - Close co-ordination with Physical Flow Team
- Escalation to senior management for any failure on Assy cell output critical for customer coverage.
- Ensuring 100% adherence to Customer Call up

**Essential Qualifications & Experience**

University degree in engineering or technical discipline - Mech / Auto/ Prod
8-10 years of Experience in SCM domain

**Essential Competencies**

Strong Planning skills
Strong Analytical skills
Exposure to customer interface.
Strong communication skills
Good in MIS/Data management
