Position Overview:

Primary Responsibilities

Own, Lead, Drive & Grow the Enterprise and Mid-Market segment as Director Corporate Business Unit for Zones India. Establishessalesobjectives by forecasting and developing annualsalesquotas for the team, projecting expectedsales volume and profit for a positive contribution aligned with the Zones India Business Plans. Create, Drive and Execute with sales initiatives, track metrics to meet n beat desired targets. Will have the overall responsibility for BU P & L, Gross Margins, Sales Revenue and Customer Success for Enterprise and the Mid-Market segment. Build the Team, Capacity and Capability and the Business for the CBU by on-boarding the appropriate talent in key roles in the regions at all levels. Geographic expansion and industry verticals exploration for new sales avenues to build consumer preference & drive volumes. Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics. Building and maintaining healthy business relations with existing and new accounts Design innovative Business and Customer Engagement Strategies and help implement them accordingly. Executive Presence and connects within the Indian CXO circuit with a rolodex of clients would be an added plus/bonus. Drive ethical business practices and execution at all levels across be an asset to the Zones India (ZIND) Senior Leadership Team (SLT). By virtue of being a key leader in the next level of scale up and growth at Zones India, this leader could be one of the potential options to be the next Country Manager – India as part of the ZIND Leadership Pipeline Planning and Mentoring program.

What you’ll do as the (Director - Enterprise & Mid-Market / Sales, India):

Drive weekly sales cadence in terms of order booking, billing, customer on-boarding and execution along with the PPM, Operations, Finance & Marketing teams. Actively participate in new sales activities. Tactically assess resources to meet the assigned sales targets. Review and evaluate, on a continuing basis, the team’s performance. Motivate and create a positive work environment. Includes setting monthly goals, conducting reviews, and establishing individual development plans. Regularly assess the skill set of resources and identify gaps if any. Expert in Sales Forecasting, Solution & Services Selling, CRM, and Territory Management Expert in Sales Forecasting, CRM, and Pipeline management.

What you will bring to the team:

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: MBA or PGDBM from a reputed institute would be a core minimum educational qualification. For Graduation - B. E or B. Com or BBA or BA from a Reputed University with a Stellar Sales Career and Exceptional Track Record would also be on par. Techno-commercial sales skills would be a bonus.

Minimum 18 - 20 years of relevant sales and business leadership experience Managed / Led a PAN India Team/Business with revenues more than 300 cr. Excellence in sales and marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability. Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter. Ability to lead, influence, persuade and manage change. Executive Presence Ability to build high performance work teams regardless of location. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive deadlines. Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to develop and implement creative commercial strategies. Deep understanding of business models and ability to drive behavior to support revenue goal Ability to multi-task and manage Solutions, Sales and Services with equal ease and comfort. Excellent verbal and written communication skills A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients. Excellent organizational skills and process expertise
