The MT Brand Team helps conceptualize, monitor and manage the business road map for brand. This team focuses on maximizing revenue, building strong Brand affinity and creating profitable growth. The brand's business objectives extend beyond conventional benchmarks; they are about creating a new channel of revenues while remaining deeply ingrained in the cultural ethos of Maharashtra.

About the Position

Plan and execute marketing activities, manage the editorial product in terms of cost and alignment with brand objectives, provide strategic / tactical inputs and operational support to ad sales with the objective of driving brand salience, increasing readership / circulation, increasing the smart sell ad revenues and other advertising inflow, thereby growing the brand profitability and establishing a competitive edge.

Areas of Responsibility

New capabilities and created business:

Drive the development of content capabilities around production, automation, distribution and amplification, thereby leading to a reduction in TAT and costs. Identifying opportunities for revenue maximization. Create New IPs to build brand and offer monetization opportunities for Response Team. Work closely with Response and RMD teams to ensure P&L deliverables.

Interdepartmental Communication:

Align key internal stakeholders around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics e.g. Response, RMD, Production etc. Ensure adherence to brand standards and guidelines. Timely deliveries of all marketing and sales stimuli

Decisions:

Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns. Budgets for large scale, multi-media campaigns. Creative decisions and direction
