Manager experience in a BPO or appointment setting industry is a MUST.

Position Overview:

Play a pivotal role in driving the sales team's success and achieving the company's revenue goals. This role involves overseeing a team of sales professionals, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the attainment of targets. The Sales Manager is responsible for creating a high-performing sales team and contributing to the growth of the business.

About Us:

We are a digital marketing agency in Sydney and servicing clients in Australia, NZ, USA and Canada.

We work with service industry clients like real estate, finance, solar, hospitality and beauty.

We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to manage the team of our Sales executives and ensure that the team is working diligently and in the right direction and be able to derive the desired results out of each individual.

The concerned person hence needs to be an expert Sales person himself with a track record of closing high ticket and complex deals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:

- Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team.

- Set sales goals and targets for the team and individual sales representatives.

- Monitor and assess the team's performance and provide regular feedback.

- Foster a positive and results-oriented sales culture within the team.

2. Sales Strategy:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to adapt strategies accordingly.

- Identify growth opportunities and potential new markets.

5. Sales Reporting:

- Generate and analyze sales reports to evaluate team and individual performance.

- Present regular reports to senior management, providing insights into sales results and trends.

6. Product Knowledge:

- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services.

- Provide sales representatives with the necessary product training and knowledge.

8. Training and Feedback

- Ensure that the sales team's skills are upgraded from time to time and proper guidance is provided

- Conduct regular trainings with sales team.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical and data-driven with the ability to make informed decisions.

- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM tools.

- Knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
