A US/Canadian Based IT MNC is hiring for Lead Crystal Reports Developer (v4.3).Work Location: RemoteShift Timings: 2:30 PM to 11:30 PMWe are seeking an experiencedSenior Crystal Reports Developerwith expertise inSAP Crystal Reports 4.3. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining complex reports that support business operations and decision-making. This role requires close collaboration with business users, data teams, and application developers to deliver accurate, user-friendly, and scalable reporting solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deployCrystal Reports (v4.3)for operational and analytical reporting.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.Create complex reports with advanced formulas, sub-reports, cross-tabs, and drill-down functionalities.Integrate Crystal Reports withvarious databases(SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, DB2, etc.).Optimize queries and reports forperformance and scalability .Develop reusable report templates and maintain version control.Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues in a timely manner.Work with ETL/data teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency in reports.Document report logic, design standards, and end-user instructions.Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.Required Skills & Experience10+ years of experiencein report development with at least3+ years using Crystal Reports 4.3 .Strong knowledge ofSQL, stored procedures, and database objects .Hands-on experience withcomplex report design(multi-level grouping, formulas, parameters, and sub-reports).Experience integrating reports intoapplications or enterprise reporting platforms .Solid understanding ofdata modeling and relational database concepts .Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Nice to HaveExperience inbanking, finance, or insurance domainreporting.Knowledge ofBusinessObjects BI suiteand integration with Crystal Reports.Familiarity withcloud-based reporting solutionsand data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
