The Client Onboarding & Customer Success Executive will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding process for new clients, as well as maintaining ongoing client satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day tasks will include managing client accounts, providing customer support, and utilizing analytical skills to resolve any issues that may arise. The role will also involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensuring they are met.Qualifications- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills- Customer Support and Account Management skills- Strong Analytical Skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
