Role
Assisting on the launch calendar and making sure it’s in sync with all targets.Client emails: Taking care of all digital communication with customers.Merchandising the online shop on any new drops, sale campaigns and so on.Site and Inventory Checks with the production and e-commerce team.Sales Report : Monthly sales reports and related analytics.Managing and fully executing E-Commerce assets and collateral.Optimizing online shop's performance and overall design by researching and implementing new tools and apps to better the customer experience.Understanding the integration between the online team and the production team. Making sure all deadlines are discussed, a game plan is made and executed.Forecast & Oversee stock availability along with the production team.Working with the online, production and accounts team to take notes of all returns, exchanges and refunds.Coordinate with our US Store team for Inbound shipments, barcoding & online orders.Liaise with shipping partners for online orders, shipments to the US store, and manage costings.Oversee India orders through Shiprocket and collaborate with the accounts team for shipping.
REQUIRED SKILLSExperience of Shopify and e-commerce toolsGreat communication skillsUnderstanding of building an online store, and how that integrates with all other operations. Recognising all steps in the customer’s journey, and helping to deliver the best e-commerce experience.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
