Job Overview


Join Futures Next as a Recruitment Operations Assistant and support in coordinating recruitment activities. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers with less than 1 year of experience. This is a remote position based in Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Tirupati, or Warangal. Qualifications and Skills


  • Proficiency in Telugu language
  • Strong communication skills, especially in Telugu
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Coordinate recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
  • Assist in maintaining recruitment databases and records
  • Support the recruitment team in organizing job fairs and recruitment events
  • Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment processes
  • Assist in screening and shortlisting candidates for various positions
