Job Title: Healthcare Recruiting Manager / Healthcare Recruiters with AR caller recruiting experience.

Location: Hyderabad - Onsite from office

Salary : DOE

Shift : 6.30 pm to 3.30 am ( IST)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manager - Healthcare Recruiting:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ recruiters across different levels.

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the needs of healthcare clients globally.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and ensure successful candidate placements.

• Monitor the performance of the recruitment team and provide guidance to achieve hiring targets.

• Maintain and report recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment efficiency.

2. Team Structure and Roles:

• AM/Lead - Healthcare Recruitment (2-3):

Supervise specific sub-teams and report directly to the Senior Recruiting Manager. Oversee the execution of recruiting plans and manage day-to-day recruiting operations.

• Healthcare Recruiters (5):

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for healthcare positions

• Coordinate interviews and assist in the selection process

• Maintain candidate databases and records accurately

• Collaborate with team members to meet hiring goals and deadlines

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in healthcare recruitment process for AR caller

• Deep knowledge of all or some of medical billing, coding, and AR calling recruitment processes.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to analyze and improve recruitment metrics.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
