Develop and monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and KPIs to ensure targets are met or exceeded. CRM Management: Oversee accurate data entry and management in the CRM system. Track leads, customer interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups for higher conversions. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and project teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Coordinate with legal, finance, and post-sales teams for documentation, agreements, and compliance. Process Optimization: Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements for enhanced productivity and customer satisfaction. Financial Perspective: Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for luxury residential projects. Analyze market trends and competitive pricing to maximize profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.
