Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Hisar. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned region, manage sales teams, develop and implement sales strategies, and monitor sales performance. This role will involve regular interaction with clients and distributors, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring sales representatives to achieve their targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Business Development
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
