Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The position is junior-level and based in Kolkata. The successful candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience and will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with new and existing clients. This is a full-time employment opportunity.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively (Mandatory skill)
  • Market research abilities to identify new business opportunities
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to maintain and grow client relationships
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions
  • Lead generation skills to identify and convert prospects into clients
  • Experience in international sales to handle global clients and markets
  • Proficiency in English communication for seamless client interactions


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients
  • Prepare and present sales reports to the management team
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Nexus Jobs' services
