This Position will assist OMSI in execution of

Training Initiative for External Stakeholders

by providing support in documentation, Logistics and Technical knowhow. The Position is also required to coordinate with participants, Faculty and internal stakeholders during the process.

Coordinate for external training Initiatives for key stakeholders such as doctors, Technicians, or other HCPs in collaboration with Sales Team, Business operation and Core marketing for effective execution.Provide insights on the effectiveness of different Training initiatives and Professional Education activities.Provides deep technical knowledge of the Olympus product portfolio and advices both Sales Team and HCPs in capability and options of safe and effective utilization of products.Training Programmes- Preparation and Effective executionCollaboration with OMSI internal Business vertical- Compliance, Legal, Business Operations for process related to Training ProgramsTo provide support for planning and execution of marketing and promotion activities for the training programmes, and liaise with the vendors for the sameFacilitation of Hands on Training on simulators, when required in different Training centres Pan India

Knowledge management and Reports To ensure regular updating and proper maintenance of the training database and knowledge repository, including data pertaining to participants and trainers, training content and collaterals, training feedback, training related documents, etc.To ensure preparation and reporting of monthly/ quarterly MIS for trainings held for each business, as per the defined format, and submit the same to Manager for reviewTo collect the filled-in Attendance sheet, Training Evaluation and Feedback forms and any other documents, on completion of the session. Provide analysis of the Training effectiveness and suggest areas of improvement of the same.Keeper of Training agreement, Memorandum of agreement and other documents with Scientific Organizations, Hospital & Training centres

Education Qualification:Science GraduateBio-Medical Background / Nursing/ Technician Graduate

Experience Required

:A Proven Track record of driving training for HCP in Medical Technology IndustryExperience of 2-3 Years
