Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced project lead with a strong background in medical device new product development and project management. You'll be responsible for overseeing the development, prioritization, resourcing, and status tracking of site cross-functional programs, ensuring seamless coordination with quality, engineering, and maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project/Program Management
    • Manages key initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing processes
    • Develops and implements project plans, schedules, and budgets using project management tools like Microsoft Project
  • Estimates Project Levels of Effort and Resource Requirements
    • Uses standard estimating techniques and tools to estimate project levels of effort and resource requirements
  • Directs Project Execution
    • Assigns tasks, tracks project schedules, identifies risks, and develops contingency plans
  • Identifies and Manages Project Dependencies and Critical Path Items
    • Evaluates project dependencies and critical path items to ensure timely completion
  • Ensures Project Quality
    • Utilizes standard development methodologies to ensure high-quality project deliverables
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering or Project Management
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in medical device new product development and project management
  • Medical Device New Product Development experience and/or medical device product lifecycle knowledge
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships within project teams
  • Experience working with software, systems, and SUD technology within the medical device industry
