Key Responsibilities

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Clean, mop, sweep, vacuum, and dust all assigned public areas such as lobbies, corridors, restrooms, restaurants, banquet halls, elevators, staircases, and outdoor areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness of staff areas, offices, and service corridors as per standards.
  • Regularly check and clean public washrooms; replenish toiletries and supplies.
  • Empty trash bins and ensure waste is disposed of properly.
  • Polish and maintain surfaces, furniture, glass, mirrors, and fixtures.
  • Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.

Guest Service

  • Greet guests politely while cleaning public areas and assist when required.
  • Respond quickly to guest requests for cleaning or assistance in public areas.
  • Maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times.

Health, Safety & Hygiene

  • Follow safety procedures in handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards set by the hotel/resort.
  • Ensure proper signage (e.g., "Wet Floor" boards) is used to prevent accidents.
  • Maintain personal grooming and cleanliness in line with company standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
