Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer - Automation to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and innovative QA professional with a strong background in both manual and automation testing. The Senior QA Engineer will work closely with development and product teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software applications.

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive Test Plans and Test Cases across various applications, focusing on functionality, performance, and security.Design and implement API Testing for RESTful services, ensuring robust backend integration.Perform Performance Testing and Security Testing to optimize system reliability and protect data integrity.Conduct UI Testing for mobile and web applications, with a focus on cross-platform compatibility and usability.Collaborate in Agile environments, working with User Stories and Sprint Planning to align testing activities with business requirements.Utilize SOQL, PostgreSQL/MySQL for database testing, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.Write and execute automation scripts using Selenium, Cypress, Jest, TestNG, and JUnit.Troubleshoot and report issues, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.Keep abreast of new testing tools, methodologies, and best practices to continuously improve testing processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.Proficiency in manual and automated testing across web and mobile applications.Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with Scrum/ Kanban.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
