Preparing and submitting tender proposals within specified deadlines. Ensuring all tender documents are accurate and comply with regulations. Following up on submitted tenders and addressing any clarifications or additional information requests. Researching and identifying new tender opportunities in the market. Collaborating with stakeholders to develop competitive pricing strategies. Managing tender databases and documentation for future reference. Requirements: Associate degree or equivalent practical experience in tender management. Strong understanding of tender processes and documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel. Knowledge of tender evaluation criteria and compliance standards. Experience in the marketing, advertising, or sales industry is a plus.
