Job Title: IT Tender Executive
Location: Jaipur

Experience: 2-4 years
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Tender Identification & Analysis:
Research and identify government tenders related to IT projects.
Analyze tender documents and evaluate eligibility criteria.
- Bid Preparation & Submission:
Prepare and compile technical & financial bids as per RFP/RFQ/RFI guidelines.
Ensure all tender documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
Coordinate with internal teams for required documentation and approvals.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain records of all tenders, contracts, and relevant communications.
Ensure compliance with government procurement policies and procedures.
Coordinate with legal and finance teams for agreement and cost estimation.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with government agencies and procurement authorities for clarifications.Collaborate with sales, technical, and finance teams for bid preparation.
- Post-Tender Activities:Follow up on submitted tenders and track their progress.
Handle tender clarifications, presentations, and negotiations if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Knowledge of e-Tendering portals such as GeM, CPPP, and state government tender portals.
- Strong understanding of government procurement policies, bidding processes, and documentation.
- Proficiency in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously and meet deadlines.Growth opportunities in the IT procurement domain.
- Exposure to large-scale IT projects and government contracts.
