With a strong presence in over 20 countries and an expanding export market, we are seeking a proactive and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead sales efforts and drive growth in this segment.
Job Overview
The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing direct relationships with key B2B clients, primarily in the OEM and industrial sectors. The role includes developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, coordinating with the digital marketing agency, preparing sales reports, and engaging with clients directly. This position requires a combination of sales expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new B2B clients and grow existing accounts within the OEM and industrial sectors.- Drive sales targets by focusing on high-value accounts, managing negotiations, and closing deals effectively.- Work with the senior leadership team to align sales efforts with company goals and market strategies.
Client Relationship & Account Management
- Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with key B2B clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and provide tailored product solutions to meet customer needs.- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Coordination with Digital Marketing
- Collaborate with the digital marketing agency to plan and execute monthly content strategies that support lead generation and brand awareness.- Coordinate on the development of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with sales goals and customer needs.
Sales Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to senior management.- Track sales pipeline, progress, and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing sales efforts.- Provide insights on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to refine sales strategies.
Sales Visits
- Occasionally visit customers within the Delhi NCR region to maintain relationships and explore new business opportunities.
Key Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in the hardware, OEM, or industrial products sector.- Proven track record of managing key accounts and exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, especially in the hardware and mobility solutions market.- Proficiency in CRM software for managing sales pipeline and reporting.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, to drive sales success.- Strong analytical skills to prepare and interpret sales reports and dashboards.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Travel
- Willingness to travel within the Delhi NCR region for client visits and meetings as required.
