This is a leadership role for a high-performingsales professional with a proven ability to scale operations, optimize sales processes, anddeliver consistent revenue growth across global markets. You will spearhead ourInternational Fresh Business vertical, focusing on converting inbound interest intopaying customers through data-led performance management and funnel optimization.Key Responsibilities Revenue Ownership: Take full accountability for driving international sales targetsin the fresh business (new customer acquisition) segment. Process Optimization: Refine and improve sales workflows to enhance efficiencyand conversion across geographies. Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team;define clear KPIs, track progress, and conduct regular performance reviews. Funnel Management: Analyze end-to-end funnel metrics across multiple leadsources and identify opportunities to boost conversion and speed to close. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensurealignment on campaign strategy, regional messaging, and lead quality. Market Intelligence: Maintain deep awareness of customer needs, competitormovements, and emerging trends in key international territories. Strategic Influence: Represent international sales in cross-functional businessreviews and contribute actively to growth planning and execution. Reporting & Insights: Deliver structured reporting on sales performance,forecasts, challenges, and growth opportunities to senior leadership.Candidate Profile:Must-Haves: 5–9 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles with a focus onB2 C/B2 B customer acquisition in international markets. Demonstrated success in owning sales targets, managing performance-driven teams,and scaling sales operations. Strong analytical skills with an ability to derive actionable insights from funnel data. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications: Background in structured sales organizations or high-growth consumer techcompanies. MBA or equivalent qualification from a top-tier B-school. Experience in ed-tech is a plus but not mandatory—candidates from diverse industrybackgrounds are welcome.What You’ll Gain A high-impact role in a mission-led company with global ambitions. Ownership and autonomy in shaping a key growth vertical. A collaborative, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment. Competitive compensation with a strong performance-linked incentive structure.Role Details Location: Remote (India-based, Work from Home) Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹15 – ₹20 LPA (based on experience) Working Hours: Flexible with performance accountability
