We're Hiring: Offshore Solar Proposal Specialist Location: Remote (India) Salary: Up to 25K (based on experience & interview performance) Working Hours: Australian Business Hours Joining Requirement: Immediate – within 15 days About the Role This is a critical position within our pre-sales and design team. You will be responsible for preparing accurate, compliant, and customer-focused solar + battery proposals. Your work will directly support our Australian operations, helping clients transition to clean energy with confidence. Key Responsibilities Develop customized solar and battery proposals for residential and commercial projects. Perform system sizing and load calculations based on client requirements and site data. Use industry-standard tools (e.g., Excel, PVSyst, Helioscope ) to simulate system performance and optimize configurations. Ensure all proposals meet Australian solar compliance standards and technical guidelines. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to refine designs and respond to client feedback. Maintain organized documentation and version control of all proposals and design files. Qualifications & Skills 1–2 years’ experience in solar and battery proposal/design. Strong understanding of solar PV systems, battery storage, and hybrid configurations. Proficiency in design and simulation tools such as: Microsoft Excel PVSyst Helioscope Other relevant platforms Familiarity with Australian or international solar compliance standards . Ability to interpret electrical load profiles and design systems accordingly. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
