We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team at a leading startup based in Bangalore.

This key role involves developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive product awareness, adoption, revenue growth, and market share. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial link between our end customers and product development teams, ensuring that our products meet customer needs and are effectively brought to market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Positioning : Develop effective strategies to position products among B-2-B and B-2-C clients, highlighting unique selling points and addressing customer pain points.
  • Messaging and Communication : Create compelling messaging and communication materials to convey the value proposition of products to the target audience.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute successful product launches, considering pricing, distribution channels, and promotional activities.
  • Customer Insights : Gather and analyze customer feedback to gain insights into user preferences and behavior, informing product improvements and marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation : Develop high-quality content, including product collateral, website content, and sales presentations, to support marketing efforts and enhance brand awareness.
  • Competitive Analysis : Monitor and analyze competitors' activities, staying informed about market dynamics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Market Research : Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product development, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment between product goals and overall business objectives.
  • Performance Metrics : Establish and track KPIs to measure the success of marketing campaigns and overall product performance.

Qualifications:

  • 4-10 years of experience in product marketing.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in product marketing, particularly in the B-2-B-2-C segment.
  • Superior analytical, research, and communication skills.
  • A content-focused approach emphasizing awareness and adoption.
  • Proficiency with tools like CleverTap, HubSpot, and LeadSquared.
  • Aptitude for cross-team collaboration.
