Key responsibilities:

  1. Research like a detective: Use our proven SOPs to uncover insights that spark killer ideas.
  2. Come up with BIG ideas: Conceptualize ad angles, hooks, and narratives that connect with humans (not just the algorithm).
  3. Write with flair & function: Craft hooks, overlay texts, and short scripts that sell without sounding sales.
  4. Brief like a boss: Static Ad? Write a punchy creative brief for the designer. Video Ad? Craft a detailed editing brief for the video editor.
  5. Collaborate & communicate: Discuss feedback and ideas with the client. Align with our internal team of designers and editors for seamless execution.

  1. Round 1: You will be asked to record a 2-5 minute video introducing yourself
  2. Round 2: You will be provided with an assignment related to writing ads. You need to show your skills and prove your worth
