Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced nurse for our NICU, MCH Ward, Dialysis, and Oncology departments. This full-time position is based in Mumbai for a mid-level professional. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience to our healthcare team. The role requires expertise in the specified medical domains to provide top-quality patient care. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in NICU nursing to care for neonatal patients effectively (Mandatory skill). Capability in dialysis care, managing procedures and monitoring patient vitals (Mandatory skill). Expertise in ward management to ensure organized and efficient hospital ward operations (Mandatory skill). Skill in conducting thorough patient assessments to aid in the development of care plans. Proficiency in oncology nursing, providing accurate and compassionate cancer care to patients. Knowledge in nephrology nursing to deliver exceptional care tailored to patients with kidney issues. Ability to respond promptly to emergency situations to maintain patient safety and care efficiency. Familiarity with electronic medical records to efficiently document and retrieve patient information. Roles and Responsibilities: Provide specialized nursing care in the NICU and MCH wards, supporting both neonatal and maternal health. Administer dialysis treatment effectively, ensuring patient comfort and accurate procedure execution. Manage oncology care protocols, delivering tailored medical interventions to individuals undergoing cancer treatments. Ensure optimal ward management, maintaining the highest standards in patient care and hospital operations. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, compiling data relevant to nursing interventions and outcomes. Maintain clear and timely documentation via electronic medical records, supporting efficient data access.
